Policies

Returns & Refunds:
If a product arrives damaged, a refund can be made in exchange for the return of the product. The product must be unworn and placed back into its resealable packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once the item has been received, a refund will be processed in 1-3 working days. Refunds are not issued in any other circumstance.

Changes & Cancellations:
Orders are organised and ready to ship within hours of purchase. For this reason, if you wish to cancel/change you must get in touch as soon as possible. The best effort will be made to cancel/change your order but there are no guarantees that this will be done.

International Customers:
All customers outside of the UK are subject to import fees on their orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer alone and no refunds will be made if these occur.
